About the Conference

India possesses a vast and diverse knowledge heritage encompassing philosophy, governance, management, mathematics, logic, education, linguistics, ecology, health, consciousness, and social organization. The relevance of this knowledge today lies not merely in preserving the past, but in critically examining, reinterpreting, and applying its enduring principles to contemporary challenges.

The International Conference on “Ancient Wisdom, Emerging Futures: Indian Knowledge Systems in Management, Computing, Higher Education and Strategy” seeks to create an interdisciplinary platform for scholars, researchers, academicians, industry professionals, practitioners, and students to explore meaningful connections between Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) and emerging needs of the 21st century. Contemporary IKS scholarship is increasingly moving towards such application-oriented interdisciplinary inquiry, connecting traditional knowledge with management, computational thinking, AI, education, governance, sustainability and strategic studies.

The conference aims to move the discourse from preservation to application and from ancient wisdom to emerging possibilities. It invites scholarly contributions that examine how ideas from the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Arthashastra, Nyaya, Yoga, Vedanta, classical literature, indigenous practices, and other Indian intellectual traditions can interact with contemporary knowledge in management, computing, higher education, strategy, sustainability, and human development.

Objectives of the Conference

The conference aims to:

  1. 1
Explore and reinterpret the contemporary relevance of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) in Management, Computing, Higher Education, Strategy, Governance, Sustainability, Human Values, and related domains.
  2. 2
Create an interdisciplinary platform for academicians, researchers, practitioners, industry professionals, and students to exchange ideas and explore innovative applications of IKS to contemporary challenges.
  3. 3
Promote the integration of ancient Indian wisdom with emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, digital technologies, and human-centred computing, with emphasis on responsible and ethical innovation.
  4. 4

  5. 5
Foster scholarly collaboration for translating Indian knowledge traditions into meaningful frameworks, practices, and solutions that contribute to ethical leadership, responsible development, social well-being, and a sustainable future.
